It might have been very weird or in a sense very awkward for James to get used to his new body in his own gigantic blue animal suit but this time it is real. I reckon the first scene where the captain saying “You are not in Kansas Anymore!” This is a new day and new life for James and a chance for him to be in a new world where he gets to be somebody who he could not be in a million years. He might have been alienated by himself just to be in his new body and we can assure this is going to take him to the whole new level. Avatar is described as something that we all want to be and could but not in a real world situation. As James tries to get used to his new body, James realizes that he could do something that he cannot do in real world due to his disability. He might have felt stronger than ever due to the fact that he could walk and run and jump in his new avatar body. It is quite surreal for him to be able to be somebody else. Although it is possible that James and his colleagues feel very disoriented and lost their real identity. In a rhetorical sense, I would say this brings something extraordinary to ordinary people like James. I think movies, novels; television series bring our fantasy world to become a reality. I cannot be a character but certainly a lot of people get satisfactions of becoming one through watching movies. That is what makes movies so special and us to go to the theaters or rent DVD to feel eased and meet our own satisfactions. Movies are like dreamy world where our fantasies float around just like clouds in the sky.
